Help NLOL Chicago celebrate ONE FULL YEAR of saving homeless pets by attending our second annual Barkin’ At The Blues fundraiser! This special event is on Thursday, October 5, 2006 in the ultra-swank Foundation Room at the House of Blues. For a $30 tax-deductible donation ($35 at the door) you’ll enjoy appetizers, beer, wine and soda plus a fabulous silent auction from 6pm to 9pm.

Animal Care and Control Fundraiser
Please join me next Wednesday, September 13th for an evening of
delicious food, drinks and music at the second annual Celebrity Chefs’ Benefit for the Friends of Animal Care and Control, BIG NIGHT. The event take place at AC&C Shelter Park at 2741 S. Western Ave. in Chicago from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $65 for this humans only event. To RSVP and buy tickets, please call 312-224-1116.
Roughly 25,000 animals come into the city pound (CACC) every year.
The Big Night features tastings from over a dozen of Chicago’s chefs and a silent auction including great items from spa packages to a Petraits Pet Photography gift certificate.
Guests can tour the shelter during the event and visit with some of the 400 animals housed there.
